About the role
- Lead team to execute product and packaging innovation projects including concept development, feasibility validation, product and packaging R&D, business proposal and approval, project execution, customer sell in and tracking of in-market performance

- Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of client accounts, managing resources, timelines, and budgets efficiently to deliver high-quality outcomes on time
- Metrics & Reporting: Regularly monitor and report on the success of innovation projects providing insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements
- Financial Management: Oversee budgets, projections, and account performance, ensuring profitability while meeting or exceeding client expectations
Requirements
- MBA preferred, Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
- English on the C level
- 10+ years of client services experience, within an advertising agency or large consumer brand
- 8+ years working in with Consumer Packaged Goods brands
- 5+ years of consumer marketing experience
- 8+ years of experience in project management required, with a demonstrated track record of successful delivery of increasingly complex programs
- Proven experience in global program management leadership roles is strongly preferred
- Experience managing direct reports, 8+ years of strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience in developing and growing talent
