About the role

  • Support 1–2 projects simultaneously, contributing to timely delivery and high - quality analytical outputs.
  • Assist in the development and optimization of analytics and machine learning models using Python and SQL within Databricks and cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure).
  • Contribute to AI initiatives across different business areas, working under the guidance of senior scientists and engineers.
  • Apply foundational statistical methods, machine learning techniques, and modern data practices to address well - defined business problems.
  • Document workflows, processes, and model outputs to ensure reproducibility, compliance, and scalability across teams.
  • Collaborate with cross - functional stakeholders to clarify requirements, validate results, and support solution adoption.
  • Support the monitoring, accuracy checks, and governance practices for deployed models to ensure reliability and integrity.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Engineering / Computer Science / Statistics / Economics / Maths / Analytics
  • 1–2 years of experience (including internships, research projects, or academic/industry collaborations) in Data Science, Analytics, AI, or related areas
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Exposure to Databricks, Azure/AWS, and Git for code management is strongly preferred
  • Solid knowledge of mathematics, linear algebra, and statistics.
  • Knowledge of or keen interest in AI/ML frameworks, tools, and core theoretical concepts.
  • Great storytelling and visualization skills to communicate insights clearly.
  • Ability to contribute in a dynamic, global, cross - functional environment, demonstrating collaboration, adaptability, and professionalism.
  • Strong analytical and problem - solving abilities, with careful attention to detail, quality, and reproducibility.
