About the role

  • Provide technical leadership to our teams: act as a technical lead by ensuring adherence to best practices and development standards, and by supporting team members when they face challenges.
  • Design and develop software architecture: actively participate in designing the software architecture in collaboration with the architecture team, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Write high-quality code: develop clear, efficient, and well-documented code, follow coding best practices, and ensure proper error handling.
  • Collaborate within the team: work with other team members, share knowledge and best practices, and contribute to a collaborative and innovative working environment.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in software design and development.
  • Proficiency in Java programming.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate a team.
  • Team player with leadership and mentoring skills, and strong listening abilities.
