About the role

  • Act as the key liaison between insurance business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
  • Lead end‑to‑end feature definition for core insurance modules
  • Requirement gathering, mapping and optimizing insurance workflows
  • Ensure that all solution designs reflect proper insurance compliance standards
  • Use JIRA and Confluence to manage insurance product backlogs
  • Support data and systems integration efforts between various platforms

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the insurance domain
  • Deep understanding of core insurance processes
  • Demonstrated ability to translate insurance product rules into clear as is business processes
  • Strong experience in Agile environments (Scrum or SAFe)
  • Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for backlog management
  • Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of German or French is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in cross-functional collaboration
