About the role
- Act as the key liaison between insurance business stakeholders and technical delivery teams
- Lead end‑to‑end feature definition for core insurance modules
- Requirement gathering, mapping and optimizing insurance workflows
- Ensure that all solution designs reflect proper insurance compliance standards
- Use JIRA and Confluence to manage insurance product backlogs
- Support data and systems integration efforts between various platforms
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the insurance domain
- Deep understanding of core insurance processes
- Demonstrated ability to translate insurance product rules into clear as is business processes
- Strong experience in Agile environments (Scrum or SAFe)
- Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence for backlog management
- Excellent English communication skills; knowledge of German or French is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in cross-functional collaboration
