8+ years of hands-on application development experience, including strong exposure to Pega 8.x
Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA / SSA) is required
Strong understanding of integration patterns and technologies (REST, SOAP, JMS)
Experience working with relational databases and integrating them within Pega solutions
Domain experience in banking, insurance, healthcare, or similar industries, with understanding of business processes and compliance needs
Solid problem‑solving, debugging, and technical leadership skills
Experience leading development teams or acting as a technical mentor is preferred
Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and CI/CD in Pega environments is preferred
Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Pega Cloud) is preferred
