About the role

  • Join Capgemini Engineering as a Quality Control Consultant in Île-de-France (Paris region) and contribute to the reliability of pharmaceutical products placed on the market.
  • Work at the heart of QC laboratories to ensure analytical compliance, maintain the robustness of methods, and strengthen quality processes within a highly regulated environment.
  • Perform and/or supervise Quality Control analyses (physico‑chemical, microbiology, or bioanalysis depending on your expertise).
  • Ensure activities comply with GMP / ICH / Pharmacopoeias (EP, USP…) requirements.
  • Participate in the management and review of analytical results: OOS, OOT, deviations, CAPA.
  • Contribute to the qualification/validation of analytical methods (ICH Q2).
  • Manage and qualify laboratory equipment (HPLC/UPLC, GC, FTIR, Karl Fischer, etc.).
  • Draft and update quality documentation (SOPs, protocols, reports).
  • Participate in internal and external audits and respond to observations.
  • Collaborate closely with QA, Manufacturing/Production, Analytical Development and Supply teams.

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in a scientific field: analytical chemistry, bioanalysis, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy or equivalent.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Quality Control within the pharmaceutical industry (excluding internships/apprenticeships).
  • Strong knowledge of QC laboratory operations and a solid GMP culture.
  • Proven expertise in physico‑chemical analyses or microbiology (depending on your specialty).
  • Experience managing OOS/OOT, investigations and GMP documentation.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Experience in analytical method validation or in a sterile/aseptic environment is a plus.
