About the role

  • Prospect and develop contacts within targeted companies, and manage and report forecasts (providing a forward-looking sales view by offering).
  • Identify needs and respond to requests for proposals, coordinating with all internal stakeholders (business, project, etc.) and clients.
  • Develop and implement the commercial development strategy for your scope in the form of account plans.
  • Lead and enforce sales processes, ensuring engagement of pre-sales and delivery teams in their interactions with clients.

Requirements

  • Higher education (business school or engineering school) with 4–7 years of professional experience as a Sales professional in a consulting firm, within an engineering environment.
  • Ideally, you have experience in the railway sector.
  • You are eager to leverage your tenacity, competitive drive, and proactivity to build long-term commercial strategies and drive high-commitment activities.
  • You are results-oriented and enjoy commercial challenges.
  • You are able to work on international projects thanks to your level of English.
