Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements for retail banking and payment processes
Maintain and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize backlog items for development teams
Translate business needs into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 modules
Analyze workflows, identify gaps, and recommend improvements aligned with industry best practices
Support integration of Dynamics 365 with core banking systems, payment gateways, and third-party applications
Develop test cases, coordinate UAT, and ensure solutions meet functional and regulatory requirements
Prepare user guides, process documentation, and deliver training sessions for end users
Ensure adherence to banking regulations, PCI DSS standards, and data privacy requirements

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field
5 years as a Business Analyst in retail banking or payments domain
3 years working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations, Customer Engagement
Strong understanding of payment systems, card processing, and banking operations
Familiarity with Azure DevOps, API integrations, data migration, and SQL
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
