About the role
- Strategy: Contribute to the development of the medium- and long-term marketing plan.
- Product development: Design product concepts inspired by the richness of Latin America.
- Implementation: Ensure the rollout of product launches in key markets.
- Analysis and optimization: Monitor product performance and analyze profitability.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years (excluding internships/apprenticeships) in fragrance and/or home product development.
- Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent (Business School, Design, Marketing, or similar).
- Languages: Fluent English and Spanish required. French is a plus.
- Skills and qualities: Passion for natural and artisanal beauty.
- Sensitivity to trends and to the expectations of niche consumers.
- Ability to manage complex projects with creativity and rigor.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactivity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
