About the role

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP GL, Accounts Payables, Taxation, and Fixed Assets within the S4HANA Finance Transformation project.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements independently (Mandatory skill)
  • Ability to drive design workshops independently with the client (Mandatory skill)
  • Configure SAP GL, Accounts Payables, Taxation, and Fixed Assets modules.
  • Ensure smooth integration of the above S4HANA modules with Kyriba, Concur, Agiloft, Blackline.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to validate system functionality and performance.
  • Provide training and support to end-users ensuring they are proficient in using the new system.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP Finance.
  • At least 5 years in SAP S4HANA Finance (GL/AR/AP/Tax/Fixed Assets/Bank Accounting)
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry.
  • Experience in Seed Accounting is a plus
  • Proficiency in SAP S4HANA Finance, SAP Accounts Payables, Taxation, Fixed Assets, and related modules
  • Experience with S4 FICO and integration with Kyriba, Concur, Agiloft, Blackline
