About the role

  • Support in building and operating digital project and performance management platforms
  • Maintain and develop metrics, scorecards and project structures
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports and BI dashboards (e.g., in Qlik Sense) for project control and performance analysis
  • Assist with training and user support for digital tools and processes
  • Participate in project governance and collaborate with international stakeholders
  • Practical work during the semester: up to 20 hours per week; during lecture-free periods and by agreement, full-time is possible (up to 37.5 hours per week)

Requirements

  • Advanced studies in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science with a business focus, or a comparable degree program—ideally at Master’s level
  • Interest in digital tools, performance management, reporting and project control
  • Initial experience with BI tools (ideally Qlik Sense) and data visualization
  • Technical understanding and strong analytical skills
  • Very good English skills and enjoyment working with international teams
  • Independent and structured working style as well as strong communication skills
  • Valid student enrollment certificate covering the entire period of employment
