About the role
- Managing the daily operations of the O2C team, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance;
- Allocating tasks, balancing workload, and monitoring team performance;
- Handling escalated issues and acting as the primary operational contact for clients;
- Overseeing billing accuracy, payment posting, reconciliations, and dispute management;
- Supporting transitions, cross‑training, and onboarding activities;
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives and supporting automation/standardization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of O2C experience with at least 1 year in a coordination or supervisory role;
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance‑management abilities;
- Deep understanding of O2C processes and compliance requirements;
- English – minimum B2/C1 (additional languages are a plus);
- Experience interacting with clients and managing escalations;
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and reporting tools.
