About the role
- Managing complex O2C cases: billing corrections, unapplied cash, short‑pays, disputes, high‑risk overdue items
- Performing detailed account reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of customer financial data
- Maintaining and updating SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation
- Delivering O2C training, onboarding sessions, and knowledge‑sharing workshops
- Preparing operational reports such as aging, dispute logs, reconciliation summaries
- Acting as the escalation point for internal teams and clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of O2C experience, covering billing, collections, cash application, and account reconciliation
- Good command of spoken and written English and Czech - minimum B2 level
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and reporting tools
- Ability to train, coach, and guide colleagues
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to document standardized processes.
