About the role

  • Managing complex O2C cases: billing corrections, unapplied cash, short‑pays, disputes, high‑risk overdue items
  • Performing detailed account reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of customer financial data
  • Maintaining and updating SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation
  • Delivering O2C training, onboarding sessions, and knowledge‑sharing workshops
  • Preparing operational reports such as aging, dispute logs, reconciliation summaries
  • Acting as the escalation point for internal teams and clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of O2C experience, covering billing, collections, cash application, and account reconciliation
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Czech - minimum B2 level
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and reporting tools
  • Ability to train, coach, and guide colleagues
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to document standardized processes.
