About the role

  • Managing complex O2C cases: billing corrections, unapplied cash, short‑pays, disputes, high‑risk overdue items
  • Performing detailed account reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of customer financial data
  • Analyzing recurring issues and recommending corrective or preventive actions
  • Maintaining and updating SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation
  • Delivering O2C training, onboarding sessions, and knowledge‑sharing workshops
  • Acting as the escalation point for internal teams and clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of O2C experience, covering billing, collections, cash application, and account reconciliation
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Serbian - minimum B2 level
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and reporting tools
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and internal controls
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to document standardized processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
