About the role

  • Analyze and document business and technical requirements to identify integration needs across enterprise systems.
  • Design, document, and maintain system integrations ensuring data accuracy, performance, and reliability.
  • Develop, configure, and support integrations using enterprise integration tools and middleware platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver integration solutions aligned with retail and operational processes.
  • Monitor production integrations, proactively identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents or performance issues.
  • Perform integration testing, validation, and support during system upgrades, enhancements, or new solution deployments.
  • Ensure integrations comply with security, data protection, and corporate IT standards.
  • Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation, including interface specifications, data mappings, and workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with integration tools and platforms (e.g., middleware, ESB, API management solutions).
  • Strong experience with APIs and web services (REST/SOAP).
  • Solid knowledge of data formats such as XML and JSON.
  • Strong understanding of system integration concepts, enterprise architectures, and data flows.
  • Experience working in complex, multi-system enterprise environments;
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Nice to have: Experience with cloud-based integration solutions.
  • Exposure to retail, supply chain, or ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
