About the role
- Analyze spare parts consumption trends to prevent stock-outs and maintain optimal inventory levels
- Drive reduction and elimination of spare parts run outs, establish pre-production budgets, and own cost tracking and control
- Lead and own the DDS process, ensuring effective communication with Operations on progress against GSUM tasks, deliverables, and performance results
- Own the Start-Up Work Process from project initiation through Initial Verification and final close-out, ensuring timely delivery of all milestones and deliverables
- Establish the start-up communication framework and lead manufacturing readiness activities, including Current Operations Assessment and execution of resulting action plans
- Define and deploy integrated start-up plans and schedules, coordinating with Engineering and Operations to achieve project-specific success criteria
- Manage staffing and resource allocation for start-up activities, ensuring operational readiness and capability alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical)
- 3 years’ experience in manufacturing or FMCG company
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated delivery of cross-functional initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Excel and data accuracy
