About the role
- Provide Level 3 support for Wealth Management Investment applications built on .NET and MS SQL
- Troubleshoot complex issues escalated from L1/L2 teams and ensure timely resolution
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
- Monitor application performance, scheduled jobs, interfaces, and real-time processes
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and production stability standards
- Perform minor development, bug fixes, and enhancements using .NET / C# / ASP.NET
- Write, review, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and DB logic
- Conduct impact analysis, prepare build changes and support SITUAT
- Participate in release planning and contribute to application optimization
- Work on deployment pipelines, build migrations, and release activities
- Support and improve DevOps processes aligned with CICD practices
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and collaborate with infrastructure/platform teams
- Support applications related to Investment advisory workflows, Portfolio management, Wealth advisory solutions, Client risk profiling, investment recommendations
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Application Maintenance L3 Production Support
- Strong hands-on experience in .NET, C#, ASP.NET development and debugging
- Expertise in MS SQL queries, stored procedures, tuning
- Experience in supporting applications in open systems, Windows environments
- Understanding of DevOps processes and deployment tools
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes, Incident Problem Change Management
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
