About the role

  • Responsible for gathering reporting requirements directly with the Release Train Manager.
  • Deliver high-quality dashboards and reports using EazyBI.
  • Improve existing dashboards and develop priority and generic reports used across multiple Scrum teams.
  • Publish dashboards for business usage.
  • Ensure data accuracy by correcting and maintaining metrics using MDX.
  • Promote BI best practices.
  • Support Scrum Masters through guidance and training on dashboard usage.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of working experience.
  • Solid experience in BI reporting and dashboard development, with strong knowledge of multidimensional data modelling (Fact Tables, Dimension Tables, Measures).
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar is required.
  • Working knowledge of MDX and basic understanding of Jira Query Language (JQL).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Comfortable working in English within an international environment.
  • Strong delivery capability, accuracy in metric development, and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new BI tools such as EazyBI.
