About the role

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, LWC)
  • Working with Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud (nice to have), and CRM Analytics
  • Implementing REST/SOAP integrations with external systems
  • Analyzing business requirements and delivering solutions aligned with Salesforce standards
  • Optimizing existing functionalities and automated processes
  • Handling incidents and problem tickets
  • Working in shifts (08:00–20:00) and participating in on‑call duties
  • Performing on‑site work from Gdańsk / Wrocław office, 5 days per week

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • Strong knowledge of Service Cloud; Marketing Cloud and CRM Analytics as an advantage
  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows
  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
  • Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins or similar)
  • Ability to work in Agiledriven projects
  • Communicative English skills
  • Possession of a valid certificate of no criminal record
