About the role
- Provide daily technical support to production teams.
- Create and update technical documents (work instructions, control sheets, inspection booklets).
- Implement design and process changes in production.
- Analyze and resolve production non‑quality issues (root‑cause, corrective actions).
- Lead improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and ergonomics tools.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in aerospace or industrial manufacturing is a plus.
- Knowledge of assembly and metal structure processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- CATIA V5 (tooling/parts design).
- Quality tools & problem‑solving methods.
- SAP knowledge.
- Strong technical documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
