About the role
- Lead large-scale transformation projects focused on master data management (Master Data Management), from scoping through the operational implementation of SAP transformation programs.
- Ensure successful project delivery by guaranteeing quality, meeting timelines and budgets, while anticipating risks and proposing appropriate mitigation plans.
- Support, coach and upskill project teams (consultants, data analysts, technical experts), fostering a collaborative and motivating environment.
- Act as the primary client contact, understand their business challenges and support them in defining and prioritizing their needs.
- Actively contribute to the development of the Data offering applied to SAP transformations: market watch, innovation, building commercial proposals, and participating in pre-sales and bid responses.
- Represent Capgemini Invent's vision to clients and the market, and help disseminate best practices and animate the internal community.
Requirements
- You have proven experience (at least 5 years) in consulting, project management or digital transformation, specifically around data and Master Data Management on SAP transformation projects.
- Recognized leadership, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to rally and develop teams in a demanding environment.
- Expertise in managing complex data governance and MDM projects within SAP transformation programs, from definition to implementation, with a strong delivery focus and commitment to client satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of key MDM concepts and SAP/MDG solutions: master data modeling, repository management, data quality and integrity, data lineage, etc.
- Good understanding of key master data domains in Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, etc., and the data-management processes associated with these domains in an SAP ERP context.
- Experience in deploying market MDM solutions (Informatica, SAP MDG, IBM InfoSphere, Stibo Systems, etc.).
