About the role

  • Supporting and enhancing our virtual desktop and infrastructure environment
  • Ensuring stable operations, smooth user experiences, and strong governance across ITIL processes
  • Managing ServiceNow workflows and maintaining enterprise configurations
  • Supporting Citrix‑based VDI and coordinating with cross‑functional teams
  • Designing, integrating, installing, and decommissioning systems across the enterprise environment
  • Monitoring and maintaining the correct operations of virtual desktop environments
  • Performing acceptance testing and addressing user feedback
  • Providing 2nd‑level support for VDI applications and infrastructure
  • Managing ITIL processes across configuration, change, incident, and release management
  • Coordinating operational activities with internal teams and service providers
  • Supporting communication delivery within and outside the client organization
  • Following up and remediating issues identified during technical and security audits

Requirements

  • Experience in 2nd‑level support for virtual desktop environments
  • Knowledge of Citrix Cloud VDI management, including monitoring, licensing, connectors, images, sessions, and reporting
  • Hands‑on skills in PowerShell scripting and maintaining GPOs
  • Experience administering enterprise environments and working with ServiceNow
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes across configuration, change, incident, and release management
  • Ability to assess performance, troubleshoot issues, and support SLA‑driven environments
  • Collaborative mindset for coordinating with technical teams and service partners
  • Proficiency in English and German
