About the role
- Managing complex O2C cases: billing corrections, unapplied cash, short‑pays, disputes, high‑risk overdue items
- Performing detailed account reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of customer financial data
- Analyzing recurring issues and recommending corrective or preventive actions
- Delivering O2C training, onboarding sessions, and knowledge‑sharing workshops
- Supporting audits, control checks, and compliance requirements
- Collaborating with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Logistics to resolve cross‑functional issues
- Identifying improvement, automation, or standardization opportunities and influencing implementation
Requirements
- English and Hungarian – B2 (other languages are a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to document standardized processes
- Excel advanced/medium knowledge is a plus
