About the role

  • Work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the Adobe community
  • Play a key role in designing content and delivery architectures
  • Establish standards and best practices for site development
  • Provide hands-on guidance for block development and performance tuning
  • Mentor developers on modern AEM Cloud Service and Edge Delivery architectures
  • Oversee integrations between AEM, Adobe Experience Cloud, and EDS publishing flows
  • Collaborate with business teams, UX/design, content authors, and platform engineering

Requirements

  • 7+ years in enterprise CMS or digital platforms
  • 5+ years hands-on AEM experience
  • Proven experience architecting AEM Sites and AEM Cloud Service solutions
  • Strong understanding in Architecture & Solution Design
  • Direct experience with Adobe Edge Delivery Services
  • Strong Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, and REST API expertise
  • Strong front-end experience (JavaScript, CSS, HTML5; React/Next.js a plus)
  • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.)
