About the role
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business and customer value.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into well defined user stories and requirements.
- Provide clear direction and ongoing clarifications to agile development teams throughout the sprint cycle.
- Review, validate, and accept completed features based on established acceptance criteria.
- Ensure timely delivery of high quality solutions that align with customer expectations and organizational priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, QA, and business partners—to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and continuously improve product features and processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an agile environment.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable user stories.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast paced environment.
- Experience using agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally) is a plus.
