About the role

  • Validate the design of 17 to 18 controls (automated and semi-automated) in SAP GR / GRDC.
  • Verify the consistency, relevance and compliance of the controls from a SOX and internal audit perspective.
  • Provide support during parallel runs and report any discrepancies.
  • Validate processes related to: the upload of flat files from non‑SAP financial systems and the associated control narratives.
  • Participate in the first execution of the controls in April and ensure readiness for the Q1 close.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Consolidation, Compliance teams, and external partners (Deloitte and Accenture).
  • Document discrepancies, risks, recommendations and corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Master's degree / Engineer’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Audit, Information Systems, Management Control, or equivalent.
  • 6–8 years of experience with SAP Group Reporting (GR).
  • Experience with SAP GRDC.
  • Knowledge of financial consolidation processes.
  • Experience with internal controls and SOX compliance.
  • Excellent understanding of financial cycles, closings, reporting and consolidation.
  • Experience in an S/4HANA environment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong documentation structuring, rigor and proactivity.
  • Ability to perform in sensitive environments under tight deadlines.
  • Professional proficiency in English required.
