About the role

  • You will join a team specialized in artificial intelligence solutions.
  • Play a key role in the design, architecture and deployment of advanced chatbots.
  • Be involved across the entire development lifecycle of AI solutions, from defining technical requirements to production deployment.
  • Provide mentorship to a team of GenAI engineers.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering or equivalent.
  • 6 to 9 years of experience in AI development, technical architecture design, or GenAI projects.
  • Proven experience in: Generative AI (LLMs, architectures, optimization), Agentic AI and multi‑agent systems, the LangGraph framework, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
  • Experience in technical leadership, mentoring, or managing engineering teams.
  • Expertise in Generative AI, model design and deployment.
  • Proficiency in Agentic AI, workflow automation and multi‑agent orchestration.
  • Strong knowledge of the LangGraph framework for building advanced conversational logic.
  • Proficiency with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for managing context, state and LLM interactions.
  • Excellent command of Python and major AI/ML libraries.
  • Ability to coach, guide and support a team of GenAI engineers.
  • Strong written communication, technical communication and ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, data pipelines and scalable architectures (a plus).
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles in conversational AI (a plus).
  • Cloud deployment experience (Azure, AWS or GCP) (a plus).
  • DevOps basics: CI/CD, containers, automation (a plus).
