About the role
- Develop, implement, and measure effective marketing and sales strategy for Heraeus Epurio Clevios business
- Responsible for developing a mid- and long-term sales pipeline
- Negotiate and conclude contracts/agreements with customers
- Provide leadership to global team members to achieve company sales targets
- Execute and develop sales budget for short and long-term growth
- Analyze market trends, performance metrics, and competitors
- Communicate and co-work with cross function departments to achieve company target
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Master's degree in Chemistry, Engineering or Material Science
- Many years of full responsibility in sales, marketing or business development roles in the organic chemicals market
- Demonstrated success in sales, marketing and managerial roles within a commercial organization
- Ability to achieve results from action plans deriving from solid strategic thinking
- Proven ability to build high-performance sales cultures with clear accountability and measurable success metrics
- Strong ability to influence and drive alignment across complex matrix organizations
- Fluent in business English; German is a plus
