About the role
- Accurately track the point-of-sale performance indicators and fully contribute to achieving qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Deploy all your skills to meet your individual performance objectives (UPT, average basket, CRM) as well as your monthly and annual sales targets.
- Master all steps of the sales ceremony and deliver a flawless customer experience that is faithful to Rabanne’s DNA, heritage, and story.
- Engage and retain a discerning clientele by applying the house CRM strategy and executing all associated actions.
- Contribute to client development through partnership sales and by preparing client appointments.
- Support and train new colleagues to ensure a smooth and inspiring onboarding process.
- Participate in all daily operations: cash handling, returns, after-sales service, deliveries, transfers, etc.
- Ensure proper care of products and optimal restocking on the sales floor.
- Guarantee the operational excellence of the store in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and visual merchandising.
- Be familiar with daily stock movements (restocking, new arrivals) and contribute to preparing and conducting cycle counts and fiscal inventories.

- You have a genuine passion for fashion, solid sector knowledge, and a natural interest in the trends shaping the industry.
- You master the art of storytelling and know how to bring a collection, product, or universe to life with precision and inspiration.
- Results-oriented, you place the customer experience at the center of your approach: advising, supporting, and retaining clients is a primary source of motivation for you.
- You demonstrate excellent team spirit and strong adaptability, with a proactive attitude in a constantly evolving environment.
- You have a very good command of English, essential for communicating with an international clientele.
