About the role

  • Contribute to the development of the marketing plan
  • Serve as a key contact between Brand functions (Marketing Development, Retail, Communications, Digital, etc.) and local markets
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the brand’s performance across markets
  • Help the brand gather market-specific analyses
  • Manage and coordinate brand activation at an international level
  • Collect local marketing plans for all markets
  • Support local teams in the development and implementation of their marketing plans
  • Propose and coordinate tailored local projects
  • Ensure overall consistency across all elements of a 360° strategy
  • Coordinate with all internal departments on deliverables related to marketing plans
  • Ensure market alignment and proactively contribute to best-practice sharing across local initiatives
  • Monitor and consolidate various analyses and comparative metrics across markets
  • Track the brand’s monthly net revenue and sales performance by market
  • Prepare an annual report on brand performance

Requirements

  • You hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5), preferably from a business school
  • Ideally 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in-market (France, Spain, Benelux, UK, etc.)
  • A strong sense of initiative and proactivity, excellent interpersonal skills; you enjoy project management and are business-, client- and analytics-oriented
  • Analytical and rigorous mindset with a strong interest in numbers and data analysis
  • Demonstrated rigor in your work, proactive, autonomous, and a team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
  • English is essential; Spanish is a plus
