About the role
- Contribute to the development of the marketing plan
- Serve as a key contact between Brand functions (Marketing Development, Retail, Communications, Digital, etc.) and local markets
- Maintain a deep understanding of the brand’s performance across markets
- Help the brand gather market-specific analyses
- Manage and coordinate brand activation at an international level
- Collect local marketing plans for all markets
- Support local teams in the development and implementation of their marketing plans
- Propose and coordinate tailored local projects
- Ensure overall consistency across all elements of a 360° strategy
- Coordinate with all internal departments on deliverables related to marketing plans
- Ensure market alignment and proactively contribute to best-practice sharing across local initiatives
- Monitor and consolidate various analyses and comparative metrics across markets
- Track the brand’s monthly net revenue and sales performance by market
- Prepare an annual report on brand performance
Requirements
- You hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5), preferably from a business school
- Ideally 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in-market (France, Spain, Benelux, UK, etc.)
- A strong sense of initiative and proactivity, excellent interpersonal skills; you enjoy project management and are business-, client- and analytics-oriented
- Analytical and rigorous mindset with a strong interest in numbers and data analysis
- Demonstrated rigor in your work, proactive, autonomous, and a team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
- English is essential; Spanish is a plus
