About the role

  • You manage schedules and milestones to ensure test and prototype vehicles are made available on time.
  • You coordinate variants, equipment and manufacturability across the entire vehicle product portfolio.
  • You plan, document and maintain the status of vehicles, conversions and modernizations in the client’s system.
  • You manage vehicle pools and allocations, prioritize requirements and initiate escalations when risks arise.
  • You lead testing and functional teams, facilitate alignment meetings, conduct user discussions and perform change management, including close collaboration with prototype build and testing.

Requirements

  • Completed technical degree, e.g., in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
  • Several years of experience in development or project environments, ideally in testing.
  • Confident use of relevant planning tools (e.g., SAFIR, Finas) as well as MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, assertiveness and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
