About the role
- You manage schedules and milestones to ensure test and prototype vehicles are made available on time.
- You coordinate variants, equipment and manufacturability across the entire vehicle product portfolio.
- You plan, document and maintain the status of vehicles, conversions and modernizations in the client’s system.
- You manage vehicle pools and allocations, prioritize requirements and initiate escalations when risks arise.
- You lead testing and functional teams, facilitate alignment meetings, conduct user discussions and perform change management, including close collaboration with prototype build and testing.
Requirements
- Completed technical degree, e.g., in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Several years of experience in development or project environments, ideally in testing.
- Confident use of relevant planning tools (e.g., SAFIR, Finas) as well as MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, assertiveness and conflict-resolution skills.
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
