About the role

  • Responsibility for selected product development projects from concept through to the final product and its commercialization.
  • Manage and oversee development projects for innovative cosmetic products in the luxury skincare segment.
  • Serve as the interface between all project-related departments (Purchasing, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality and Sales) to ensure key milestones are achieved.
  • Create project plans and monitor all project-related activities.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree/certification or proven professional experience in cosmetic product or project management, ideally in luxury skincare.
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken, and strong copywriting/writing skills in German and English.
  • Detail-oriented, solution-focused, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a structured working style.
