About the role

  • You will contribute to the development and design of devices and systems in wet and powder technology – from initial concepts through to implementation.
  • As part of a team, you will develop practical and cost-effective solutions following a Design to Cost approach.
  • You will support product development up to series production and actively participate in testing, optimizations, and technical clarifications.
  • You will plan and oversee experiments, analyses, and field tests – independently or as part of a team depending on experience.
  • Collaboration with internal departments as well as international customers and suppliers is part of your daily work.
  • You will document development results and prepare technical documentation and materials.

Requirements

  • You have a technical basic education (e.g., draftsman/designer, polymechanic, or similar), ideally complemented by further training as a technician (HF/TS) or a degree as a FH engineer.
  • Experience with 3D CAD – ideally with Creo.
  • Knowledge of another CAD system is also welcome.
  • A good understanding of manufacturing processes such as turning, milling, cast parts, or 3D printing.
  • Knowledge of standards (e.g., DIN, ISO or ATEX) and simulations (FEM/CFD) is an advantage but not required.
  • Important are your technical understanding and willingness to learn.
  • For collaboration in an international environment, you bring English skills for emails and technical coordination.
  • You work reliably, in a structured manner and enjoy working in a team – and you want to develop professionally.
