About the role

  • Lead GTM and pre‑sales motions with Microsoft field, product, and partner teams
  • Engage Microsoft and customer executives to understand priorities and shape Data & AI use cases
  • Develop and present business cases, solution positioning, and transformation roadmaps
  • Support pipeline progression, deal shaping, and pursuit readiness
  • Contribute to proposals, SOWs, and executive presentations
  • Represent Capgemini in joint Microsoft account planning and customer briefings

Requirements

  • 10+ years in pre‑sales, GTM, consulting, or solution-selling support roles
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Azure Data, Azure AI (incl. OpenAI), Fabric, Power BI, Power Platform, DevOps
  • Proven ability to influence senior Microsoft and enterprise stakeholders
  • Strong consulting, storytelling, and executive communication skills
  • Local to Seattle/Redmond with onsite availability 3–4 days/week
