About the role
- Lead GTM and pre‑sales motions with Microsoft field, product, and partner teams
- Engage Microsoft and customer executives to understand priorities and shape Data & AI use cases
- Develop and present business cases, solution positioning, and transformation roadmaps
- Support pipeline progression, deal shaping, and pursuit readiness
- Contribute to proposals, SOWs, and executive presentations
- Represent Capgemini in joint Microsoft account planning and customer briefings
Requirements
- 10+ years in pre‑sales, GTM, consulting, or solution-selling support roles
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Azure Data, Azure AI (incl. OpenAI), Fabric, Power BI, Power Platform, DevOps
- Proven ability to influence senior Microsoft and enterprise stakeholders
- Strong consulting, storytelling, and executive communication skills
- Local to Seattle/Redmond with onsite availability 3–4 days/week
