About the role

  • Lead full project lifecycle concerning IDT scope: scoping → requirements → build → testing → deployment → post-launch.
  • Ensure OTIF delivery of complex projects with multiple dependencies and partners.
  • Maintain project documentation: translating business requirements into technical requirements, adhering to IDT architectural standards and business processes and supporting maintenance of existing IDT systems.
  • Partner with business owners, IDT Business Analysts, and suppliers.
  • Facilitate workshops, decision-making sessions, alignment checkpoints, and status reviews.
  • Manage conflict resolution, ensure clarity of timelines, and maintain transparent communication.
  • Ensure adherence to IDT Ways of Working and support Change Management workflows.
  • Identify risks, manage mitigations, and ensure alignment with cybersecurity and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Understanding of digital systems (for example: E-commerce systems, Payments methods, E-comm stock management, CRM systems, CRM Loyalty, trade B2B systems)
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into technical tasks and support clear technical documentation
  • Excellent organizing and planning capability, with a structured and methodical approach
  • Proven multi-stakeholder leadership, partnering effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong structured communication & storytelling, with clarity in status updates and decision-making
  • Confident in conflict resolution, critical issue management, and risk and dependency management to ensure smooth delivery
