About the role
- Lead the development and execution of multi ‑ year category strategies for Direct Materials.
- Drive strategic sourcing, TCO/should ‑ cost modeling, market intelligence, and value creation initiatives.
- Define and manage the supplier portfolio (strategic, preferred, development, exit) with robust SRM and governance.
- Lead complex negotiations, framework agreements, and indexation models.
- Strengthen supply resilience via BCP, dual sourcing, capacity mapping, and risk mitigation.
- Partner with Operations, Quality, Planning, NPI/Engineering, and Finance to align procurement strategy with enterprise priorities.
- Accelerate ESG performance, sustainability, and responsible sourcing across the supply base.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years procurement/supply chain experience with strategic responsibility.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Expertise in category management, SRM, negotiation, and contracting.
- Advanced financial/analytical capability (TCO, should ‑ cost, scenario modelling).
- Ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross ‑ functional decision ‑ making.
