About the role

  • Flexible to work any shift or rotate.
  • Maintain Outlook calendars, coordinate office activities, and ensure a professional work environment.
  • Compose documents, correspondence, presentations, and reports as requested.
  • Proofread and edit documents of others for accuracy and clarity.
  • Maintain strong internal and external relationships, fostering an environment for both the facility and company to be well perceived internally and externally.
  • Act as a resource and provide necessary resources (i.e., phone lists, office supplies, forms, business cards, planners) and ensure proper working order of office equipment and efficiency in processes.
  • Manage and assign overtime to production associates.
  • Facilitate overtime meeting.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Professional suite.
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • 2-3 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Timekeeping systems and reporting (UKG – Kronos or ADP)
  • Ability to anticipate issues, make recommendations, and implement improvements.
