About the role

  • Serve as the project's technical lead: coordinate the team, allocate workload, and monitor objectives
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of deliverables and adherence to deadlines

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Lead Developer (or an equivalent role involving technical leadership)
  • 4 years of Java development experience (excluding internships/apprenticeships)
  • Adaptability and a willingness to take on challenges: you will interact with technical teams, clients, and work across varied environments
  • Strong communication skills: comfortable speaking about your background, participating in meetings (daily stand-ups), reporting issues, and contributing to project progress
  • A pedagogical mindset: support client teams in implementing tools and best practices
