About the role
- Identify and capture valuable knowledge from various sources
- Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge repository
- Work closely with service providers and internal teams to promote knowledge sharing
- Provide training and support to staff on knowledge management tools
- Analyze knowledge management processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives
- Advocate for best practices in knowledge management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in knowledge management, information management, or a related role, preferably within a SIAM or multi-vendor environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess knowledge gaps and develop effective solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with knowledge management tools and methodologies, as well as ITSM frameworks like ITIL
- Relevant certifications in knowledge management or ITIL Foundation Certification are preferred
- English and German language (Level C1) is a must have
