Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in knowledge management, information management, or a related role, preferably within a SIAM or multi-vendor environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess knowledge gaps and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with knowledge management tools and methodologies, as well as ITSM frameworks like ITIL
  • Relevant certifications in knowledge management or ITIL Foundation Certification are preferred
  • English and German language (Level C1) is a must have
