About the role
- Provide EMC testing and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze and interpret safety measures concerning patient risk.
- Write test protocols and establish acceptance criteria.
- Conduct engineering tests and support accredited lab testing.
- Document test results and generate comprehensive reports.
Requirements
- Experience with EMC testing according to ISO60601-1-2 and ISO60601-1-12
- Interpret requirements from the standard and can also assess safety measures in relation to patient risk
- Writing test protocols and defining acceptance criteria
- Performing engineering test in-house
- Supporting formal testing at an accredited lab (TÜV)
- Analyzing test results and writing test reports
- Radio approvals
- Some on-site presence at TÜV Munich
- English Fluent
