About the role
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, including supporting business process analysis, data migration, configuration, testing, and go-live support
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline creation, and risk management strategies
- Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives within budget and on schedule
- Anticipate and manage organizational change associated with SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA implementations
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred, SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules, including Finance, Controlling, Logistics, and Human Resources
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud or Hybrid deployments is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
