About the role

  • Drive product strategy execution by translating long‑term vision into actionable plans and ensuring continuous improvement across features, processes, and team ways of working.
  • Own and evolve the product roadmap - functional, technical, and organizational (Agile transformation, sourcing model, squad setup) - ensuring alignment with business priorities and technological direction.
  • Lead end‑to‑end backlog governance by defining, prioritizing, and refining product backlog items, including high‑quality user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
  • Manage product delivery performance through budget ownership, cross‑team coordination (Design, Scrum Master, Data Squads, IT Tribes), and oversight of vendors and internal partners.
  • Champion platform adoption and service quality, fostering stakeholder engagement, facilitating community sessions, monitoring KPIs, and driving continuous improvement and incident/problem management.
  • Act as a key Agile and organizational change agent, promoting best practices, ensuring security and compliance of assets, and contributing actively to the Product Owner community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a finance-related and analytical field.
  • Experience in the IT sector in roles such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Scrum Master.
  • 5 years' experience in similar role.
  • Experience in collaboration with technologists to drive delivery within an Agile framework.
  • Solid financial and delivery management, including budget oversight, coordination of cross‑functional stakeholders, and management of suppliers and partners.
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles with strong communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (min. C1).
