About the role
- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing technical guidance, feedback and support
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and define technical solutions
- Design and architect scalable, maintainable and efficient software systems
- Implement best practices, coding standards and quality assurance processes within the team
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and addressing challenges in project implementation
- Design software systems, considering scalability, performance and security needs
- Identify technical debt and areas for improvement, implementing solutions to enhance code quality and maintainability
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with Java/J2EE microservices architecture
- 5+ years of experience with cloud technologies and architectures (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Preferably AWS
- 3+ years experience with MuleSoft integration, including designing, developing, and managing API integrations using the MuleSoft platform, Java/J2EE/SpringBoot
- Hands-on expertise in implementing MuleSoft solutions to connect various systems efficiently
- Experience of working with offshore team
