About the role

  • Translate client business needs into scalable, high‑quality data solutions on the Palantir platform
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines on Palantir (e.g. Foundry)
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data through robust validation and quality controls
  • Design and implement data models and ontologies to enable efficient analysis and insight generation
  • Support and train users on Palantir tools
  • Lead project deliverables, advise clients strategically, and manage stakeholder relationships

Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in data engineering, data consulting, or software development
  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data engineering (e.g., Python, SQL, Spark)
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, data governance, and data quality best practices
  • Experience with various data sources (databases, APIs, streaming data) and data integration techniques
  • Master's degree in a STEM area (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), engineering, or computer science preferred
  • Fluent in Italian and English; another language would be a plus
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Palantir certifications, PMP, Agile/Scrum) are advantageous
