About the role
- Advise and support employees and managers on payroll-related, administrative and time-tracking matters.
- Perform monthly payroll processing and handle social insurance matters.
- Prepare wage statements, statistics and account reconciliations.
- Support the preparation of HR controlling and HR reports.
- Maintain personnel master data and carry out administrative tasks.
- Train team members and optimize HR processes.
- Actively participate in projects and system optimizations.
Requirements
- Commercial vocational training with further education in HR, payroll/finance or social insurance.
- Several years of proven professional experience in a comparable role.
- In-depth expertise in labor law and social insurance matters.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office applications.
- Ideally, experience with Loga and SuccessFactors.
- A person with strong interpersonal skills, good communication and a structured working style.
- Accurate, proactive and goal- and solution-oriented way of working.
- You are a committed team player.
