About the role

  • Advise and support employees and managers on payroll-related, administrative and time-tracking matters.
  • Perform monthly payroll processing and handle social insurance matters.
  • Prepare wage statements, statistics and account reconciliations.
  • Support the preparation of HR controlling and HR reports.
  • Maintain personnel master data and carry out administrative tasks.
  • Train team members and optimize HR processes.
  • Actively participate in projects and system optimizations.

Requirements

  • Commercial vocational training with further education in HR, payroll/finance or social insurance.
  • Several years of proven professional experience in a comparable role.
  • In-depth expertise in labor law and social insurance matters.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office applications.
  • Ideally, experience with Loga and SuccessFactors.
  • A person with strong interpersonal skills, good communication and a structured working style.
  • Accurate, proactive and goal- and solution-oriented way of working.
  • You are a committed team player.
