About the role

  • As a Process Engineer for the PRO Line (m/f/d) you ensure that our fully automated PRO Line operates stably, efficiently and produces at the highest quality – from the filling of bone cement through blister production and sealing processes to final packaging.
  • You monitor key process parameters such as temperature, pressure, cycle times and seal quality and optimize them to continuously improve yield, quality and efficiency.
  • In case of deviations you analyze root causes, derive effective corrective actions and implement them sustainably.
  • You plan and execute process qualifications (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ) as well as process validations (PV) and keep the associated GMP and DIN EN ISO 13485 documentation up to date.
  • You actively contribute to changes, re-qualifications and the introduction of new products or materials on the line.
  • Based on OEE, scrap and quality data you identify improvement opportunities and drive optimization initiatives.
  • In close collaboration with Automation, Maintenance, Quality and Production you ensure smooth operations and train production personnel on process‑relevant topics.

Requirements

  • Degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field
  • At least 3 years of experience in process or production engineering environments, ideally in medical devices, pharmaceutical or packaging industries
  • Solid knowledge of validation, statistics, process capability analyses and GMP and DIN EN ISO 13485 requirements
  • Hands‑on experience with automated production systems and modern digitalization technologies, including PLC and OPC UA interfaces
  • Analytical, structured and practical working style
  • Very good German and English language skills
