About the role
- Ensure that our fully and partially automated production lines run reliably, stably and efficiently
- Analyze faults in controls, robots, sensors and actuators and promptly restore stable operation
- Support production with technical questions and conduct root-cause analyses
- Implement sustainable solutions to improve performance and stability
- Participate in automation, retrofit and digitalization projects – from concept through validation
- Maintain and update technical documentation, electrical schematics and change records in accordance with GMP and DIN EN ISO 13485 requirements
- Design smooth processes in close coordination with maintenance, production, quality, industrialization and external equipment suppliers
Requirements
- Degree in Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in automating highly automated or regulated production equipment, for example in medical technology, pharmaceuticals or packaging
- Solid expertise in PLC and robot programming as well as working with OPC-UA interfaces
- Practical experience in a GMP environment and in technical change documentation
- Analytical thinking, a structured way of working and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong team orientation, good communication skills and high commitment
- Very good German and English language skills
