About the role

  • Own and drive the SAP analytics vision and roadmap aligned to business priorities
  • Act as the Analytics Lead for SAP programs, ensuring architecture, design, and delivery quality
  • Partner with business leaders to translate reporting, planning, and analytics needs into actionable solutions
  • Lead and mentor analytics teams (onshore/offshore)
  • Contribute to thought leadership and client roadmap discussions
  • Design and govern end-to-end analytics architectures using SAP tools
  • Lead requirements workshops, solution design sessions, and oversee build, testing, and deployment
  • Act as the primary analytics point of contact for senior client stakeholders

Requirements

  • 10+ years in analytics / BI with significant SAP focus
  • Strong hands-on and leadership experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
  • Proven experience leading teams and large-scale SAP analytics programs
  • Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP data sources
  • Solid understanding of data modelling concepts
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data structures and analytics enablement
  • SAP Certified in SAC, BW/4HANA, or Datasphere is desirable
  • Experience with planning and forecasting use cases in SAC
