About the role
- Analyze functional and technical requirements
- Develop and maintain COBOL programs in a Mainframe environment
- Participate in testing, integration, and validation phases
- Write the associated technical documentation
- Contribute to the modernization and optimization of existing applications
- Collaborate with internal teams and business stakeholders
Requirements
- First experience: internship or work-study in COBOL
- 2 to 4 additional years of experience in COBOL development, ideally on Mainframe (z/OS, JCL, DB2…)
- Knowledge of Batch and/or TP (transaction processing) environments
- Basic knowledge of working with relational databases (DB2, SQL)
