About the role
- You build deep customer understanding by conducting interviews, workshops and surveys and by analyzing feedback and usage data.
- You create account plans, develop customer personas and journeys, and align with internal business lines.
- You work in co-creation with clients, tailor offerings to individual requirements, and ensure that new business models deliver real value.
- You cultivate long-term partnerships, organize regular in-person and digital touchpoints, and act as a strategic point of contact.
- You leverage customer insights to optimize products and services, implement Voice of Customer programs, and develop business cases to support transformations.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Several years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the automotive supplier and semiconductor/electronics industries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with negotiation experience interacting with top-management stakeholders as well as customer decision-makers and sponsors.
- Solid technical knowledge to engage with diverse technical topics and stakeholders across the client organization.
- Fluent in English and German.
